The Easter egg hunt was so much fun. The Halls family got together at Kevin's house and had one big dinner and Easter egg hunt for the kids. It was so nice to have the family all together for the holiday, well except Scott and Tamara, but they both have excuses. Well let me tell you... those kids were so excited to go outside and see all the eggs that the Easter bunny had hidden. Nickolas didn't really know what to do at first but as soon as his first egg opened and he saw what was inside... he knew what to do. He went running across the yard snatching up as many eggs as he could. He even went into the other kids baskets and stole some from them. It was so funny to watch because he was really sneaky about it. He would wait until they were busy finding more eggs and then... snatch... but of course he is not too sneaky for mom. I put all the candy back... don't worry guys. After the egg hunt, the kids were able to color Easter eggs. Let me tell you, kids are so creative when it comes to coloring eggs. Nickolas on the other hand didn't want to color them, he just wanted to throw them at his cousins. He sure is a little stinker.

I really like this picture of Nickolas trying to get the candy out of the egg.

Janaya, Abby and Cooper found so many Easter eggs but Nickolas was the winner! He had the most eggs in his basket, considering that half of them were from the others baskets!!

Nickolas had a hard time finding this egg, since it was up in the tree, but when he did, he was jumping up and down saying, "Mommy look, egg!" Good thing mom is strong and can lift you up! He was so excited to find that one.

Look at all the cute boys and their blonde hair!!

Nickolas and I had a great time and I appreciate these great moments that we can remember and take with us during this time we will be apart from Scott's family. I am really going to miss all of them. There is something special about each member of this family and I feel privileged to be a part of it. I love you guys and I am going to miss you!
