Here is the gang... it was so much fun having the Postons and Lisa for the weekend. Nickolas had fun playing with his cousins and I think they had fun also. They came in for the weekend to go with us to the Air show here on base. Let me tell you it was really awesome. The kids loved looking at the planes and being able to go inside them. There were new planes plus many old ones from World War II that put on a show. We all agreed that the Thunderbirds were the best. Those pilots are pretty brave to pull off some of the stunts that they were doing.
The World War II planes were great. They reenacted parts of Pearl Harbor. There were lots of big explosions that the kids went nuts over. I have to admit it was really awesome.
During the Air show they also had a women nuts enough to fly on the out side of a planes. Yes she had harnesses but still... you wouldn't see me doing that. Look at the picture below, you can see her standing on top of the airplane. Just keep in mind that this plane was spinning and flipping upside down with her up there!! CRAZY!!
The Thunderbirds were great, best in the show. These pilots are amazing. They were pulling off moves that were ridiculous like the ones in this movie...
I ask Scott a little about them and he said that they will fly so close to one another, that they are only inches from each other. That is amazing and when you see it in person, it is even more amazing.

And here is my future pilot. He sure loves airplanes. He is sitting in a C130, his daddy's plane. "Mommy, I am ready to go..."
The Air show was great and we can't wait till we can go next year. We sure had a lot of fun and it was all for free!!
